Our drafting service specializes in delivering comprehensive and professional plan sets. With expertise in As-Built plans, Plot/Site plans, Floor plans, interior / exterior elevations, and section drawings, we ensure meticulous project documentation. Floor Plans: Standard Floor Plan includes interior and exterior walls, windows, doors, openings, skylights, exposed beams, stairs, soffits, built-ins, plumbing fixtures, accessible measurable spaces. Does not include exposed framing, electrical or lighting.  Exterior Floor plan: Usually needed for space planning, this includes balconies, attached decks and patios with direct interior access.

Plot Plans: Standard plot plans: Include Property boundaries, sidewalks, Nearby street names, Existing structures, parking lots, striping, and ADA path of travel routes.

Exterior Elevations: Detailed illustration of exterior ornamentation, siding, attached structures, equipment, decorative ornamentation, trim, doors and windows. Also includes finish material annotations, and key dimensions including floor to ceiling heights and header heights. As well as the typical exterior elevation views: (North, South, East, and West)
